#bedu0202 As this is their first behavioral offense, they should have some sort of in-school consequence like a detention (or whatever is appropriate for the school's discipline policy). Then they should engage in some sort of learning experience, specific to the offense of posting online.

#bedu0202 This is a tough position-- the boys clearly were not intending the consequences, but they open up the school to liability by posting the video online. The school will need to get ahead of potential lawsuits, contact the relevant authorities, and institute consequences for the students.
