Self-awareness is not self-improvement. It is solving the disorder in a system that includes bias. You don't integrate that disorder,you don't learn to include that disorder. You transform that disorder to order. You find all thoughts of insecurity and learn that they are what has divided lands,

It is understanding that 'Self' is the movement of thought. Read that again, 'Self' is the movement of thought. Some thoughts are proper measurement, and some thoughts have meaning attached. This is the "self." This is what we have to be aware of.

The only thing that decreases our worthiness is accumulating thoughts of insecurity. Insecure thoughts occur when one is uncertain. We don't have to make false conclusions like opinions and beliefs when uncertain. We can be present, observe, and inspect for facts.

Peace creates the foundation for freedom. Yet in the parts of the world where survival is met, we don't see the people peaceful. This is because the mind has to be free from insecurity for peace to occur. The mind has to be free from insecurity for freedom to occur. We are born worthy.
