This is what I saw btw so I genuinely could not see their messages and just thought they were ignoring me the entire time. I look like an absolute mug 🫠🔫

I actually probably looked insane on their end, they’re trying to help me and messaging “what’s the issue?” “How can I help?” AND IM JUST IGNORING THEM AND THEN MESSAGING IF THEY CAN HELP ME AND THEN IGNORING THEM AGAIN

None of the support would message back so I sent a nice “hey gang, understandable if it’s busy but I like really need the support, I’ve tried like 3 times” TELL ME WHY THEY HAD BEEN MESSAGING TH ENTIRE TIME AND I COULD NOT SEE IT AT ALL. This is actually so embarrassing!! I look insane!!!!!!(4/?)

So I did the online support chat for my dad and messaged a rough version of the issue, went through the steps and waited for support. And waited. And waited. Absolutely nothing. I gave up and closed it and tried again Monday. AND GUESS WHAT. I still had wait. And waited. And wait. And wait (3/?)

Problem 1. Their online support chat is in Sydney time 🫣🫣 we are not in Sydney and are 3 hours behind so when he’s home at 3pm, it’s 6pm Sydney time and they’re closed. Being the better daughter I am, I decided I’ll do the online support chat for my dad to help him while he’s at work (2/?)
