The Mexican consul says 5m undocumented immigrants in the U.S are from Mexico and most have been in the U.S over 15 years. He advises them of their rights and the possibility of returning to Mexico on their own.

With more than 3m undocumented immigrants in LA, OC, Ventura, Riverside and San Bernardino counties, advocates are advising migrants of their rights and how to engage with ICE officials.
