Right, it's always the people who do the work who bear the brunt of the failure, not the people who made the decisions that caused the failure. Those people will continue on with no repercussions and repeat those failures with the next set of developers. It's the story of our industry.

1) The real economics of what was needed from the game did not get met, and
2) The real economics of what was needed from the game are a result of terrible leadership, dismantling Bioware doesn't solve that problem or hold account, and EA should be critiqued for it
