I made a scratch-built steampunk submarine. This was a fun little project and a challenge to find parts that fit together. Took me two days just to figure out how to keep the propeller anchored on.

For Star Wars Day, this is the first “concept art” book I bought in 1977. It launched my desire to work in movies so I could draw spaceships and robots for a living. I showed it to my career councillor in college, asked how I could work in this field. “I have no idea” he said.

As a reaction to the terrifying venture capitol extremism, technological feudalism and just general fascist idiocracy, I'm just going to post drawings, mostly made with my weapon of choice, my 1992 Rotring 0.9mm mechanical pencil with blue leads. My happy place.

In 2001 I was visually developing The Neverending Story as a limited TV series with Icestorm Studios. We lost the bid, but here are some preliminary sketches I did.

Looking through some of the work I did on "The Mummy: Tomb of the Dragon Emperor" in 2007, such a fun project. Drew a lot on paper, which was a plus. here are some sketches.
