He was #2 in the poll leading up to the stream. Then during the stream they did a vote between the top 4 to see who gets the new version.

They knew no one would want to pity on it, which everyone says you shouldnt anyway. Just a multi if you're missing ssliza or orv/ces.

At the end of the day that's where more people are, and they prolly don't want to risk the same person winning on multiple platforms. It is what it is I guess.
