Presented my credentials to H.E. Juan Carlos Salazar, Sec. Gen. of ICAO. Thanked for a productive cooperation between ICAO and Lithuania. Also stressed that Russia's aggression against Ukraine and other malicious actions by Russia and Belarus pose a huge threat to the safety of civil aviation.
