I use this marinade overnight, but I have heard restaurants leave it for 3 days(!)
When I put it in the oven I put it on a rack on top of a cookie sheet because excess marinade drops off and burns.
I have heard Nobu uses black cod/ sablefish instead of salmon.

#Eckmancita wanted lollipops on her cake. She picked out the lollipops on her birthday on her first trip to the candy store and I baked the Smitten Kitchen flaky chocolate cake (GF!) tonight because baking a cake at 8pm on a Thursday is bonkers.
She had pancakes for her birthday dinner.
