Only used it for small molecule and imaging datasets so far: mzmine mzio.io It reads timstof files natively and is super fast compared to data analysis.

As permanent lock-mass or injectable?

That's quite a difference! - Wanted to test that for our Tims files, but the automatic file conversion in RawBeans produces insanely large mzml files that crash later on. Is there a specific setting / how do you convert the raw files for that?

All of this was a preview on ASMS releases this year, but no idea when it'll practically be available...

Bruker showed a lot on their DE/EU user meeting already:
-Entry level metabolomics TIMS; with low mass capable quad
-Biopharma (Omnitrap-)TIMS
-AIP ion processor upgrade (improved ion transfer CC->TOF)
-More robust nanoLC (nanoResolve?), an upgraded nE2 with ceramic valves, AS pump & inline filters

It elutes rather late in the gradient / wash step - not sure if it would come off an Evotip. For our workflow it also gets filtered out as a +1 charge in ion mobility.

An easy way to test is either by trap injection (higher equilibration volume for flushing out air) or to set the air gaps to "0" in the advanced settings

Does it only occur during runs or also with idle flow at these solvent compositions?
Did you recently update the LC-Plugin? We've had similar issues after that (2.1 SR2) and found a software bug, where to much air is drawn during the injection, which creates spray instabilities.
