This study doesn't really provide great data since standard of care isn't giving 5 ml of saline to a headache patient.

This study doesn't really provide great data since standard of care isn't giving 5 ml of saline to a headache patient.
Although it is likely that previous studies did overestimate the sensitivity of lung USG for pneumothorax, CXR faring much better than USG sounds very fishy and doesn't correlate with what I see in practice or past studies.
A supine CXR isn't likely going to be better than a lung USG.
