Not wrong. I served on a grand jury. We hated this particular Assistant DA, so we refused to indict a non-violent drug case. The guy was getting screwed by the system (he was def guilt though) and the cop who testified and the Assistant DA were both dbags. Felt like we'd done our civic duty.
