According to Ukrainian sources, the Atesh partisan movement and an underground Ukrainian network helped direct the strike on a key fuel depot in Luhansk. The site, now burning, supplied Russia’s 41st and 20th combined arms armies.
There was already a fuel shortage in Luhansk. This is going to be worse.
