It is not about age; please see Bernie Sanders. It is about entrenched ideology and putting their career before their constituents. Those usually go hand in hand with age.

This country has to hit its rock bottom. So long as middle America refuses to listen to its better angels we will spiral, but eventually we will get there and there will be a massive changes that the gop will be unable to stop.

It shouldn't just be condemned it should be prosecuted. Why is there not a standing decorum rule amongst the members of congress that when violated ends in suspension or removal from the body?
