Holy moly how terrible are most writers now?!! Poorly chosen words (often just wrong), bad punctuation, redundancy, chunks of missing info - but I guess if you can’t read and you think you can read well, you probably think you can write well and don’t need a proofreader (do those still exist?)

True that. This is by design. Mass depression, desperation, lack of healthcare, lack of fresh food. Ppl outside this can’t imagine that millions of ppl here don’t have access to fresh food (nowhere near or don’t have fridge / stove or too expensive). No safety net means we starve when we miss work

I’m a leftist and know that hundreds like me in my cmnty saw this coming and voted for Harris. During primaries it was important to send a msg since many saw the blood of the genocide on their hands. It became clear the msg wasn’t recv’d. So depressing but I’m glad I voted for her.

Reminds me of all the flyers I get with perforated postage-paid cards addressed to my union, renouncing my membership. Read the fine print and if someone pressures you in ANY way to rush past it, let it be your exit sign.

I don’t think anyone forgets how sad this was, too. I was at ucla at the time and locals who joined were spouting anti-Semitic (not anti-Israel but anti-Jewish) horrors. It was awful. After a year of emails and “town halls” reassuring us they’re trying to do better, this hurts worse.
