I’m participating in a postpartum depression study (Momgenes) and they sent me a pretty cool blood collection kit!
A small white oval shaped plastic item with a big red button on it, and from the bottom, you can see a blood collection vile, which has been attached to the blood collection unit. “meloniouspetty” Threads I'm have created what is quite possibly one of the most unhinged fidgets ever. I sit there during zoom meetings with a paint brush separating the beads until the rows are full and take another scoop. I wonder how long it's going to take me to finish one photo of a plastic tray: on the right is a vertical row of 10 horizontally oriented popsicle sticks that create individual channels for each color of the pile of unsorted,tiny beads that are heaped on the left side of the tray. second photo features another plastic tray like the first, but this is like a ball pit of tiny beads with a white plastic jar lid used as a bead scoop on top of the pile.

Press-Democrat With federal food aid set to be suspended Nov. 1, the Napa County Board of Supervisors on Monday declared a local emergency and unanimously approved spending up to $1 million on emergency food assistance over the next two months. Under the plan, the Napa Valley Community Foundation will work with the county's Health and Human Services Agency to distribute grocery gift cards to low-income families who rely on federal food benefits. The county will contribute up to $500,000 per month in November and December, using money from its share of the 1998 Master Tobacco Settlement Agreement, unless federal funding is restored before then. I commented: “Good. Use that cigarette $ for good.” Response from user dmdemarini “go fyourself” reply : “@dmdemarini I'm confused, you don't think people should be able to eat? You don't think using tobacco settlement money to supplement missing SNAP benefits is a good idea? Do you think good, decent people including babies, children and older adults should go hungry when the county can provide assistance?”

This is the TEFAP page of the USDA website. It has a banner at the top of the webpage that reads: Senate Democrats have now voted 12 times to not fund the food stamp program, also known as the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP). Bottom line, the well has run dry. At this time, there will be no benefits issued November 01. We are approaching an inflection point for Senate Democrats. They can continue to hold out for healthcare for illegal aliens and gender mutilation procedures or reopen the government so mothers, babies, and the most vulnerable among us can receive critical nutrition assistance.
