late dx Audhd parent of 7 mo old & 3 yo who likely is also autistic. I have an hr a day of kid free time to do everything that isn’t parenting. Been combating non functioning burnout for months. Not enough $ to get more help. events are typically unmasked &/or at bedtime when 3yo struggles the most
