My mom's handwriting at 78 years young.

Essential Tremor has given her a bit of zigzaggy to her curves. She diligently saves me seeds because she knows I love to garden. Sometimes viable, sometimes not so much.

Wish me luck, seeds going into trays.

Pureed some fresh Vidalia onions, and added garlic and freshly ground chile. Made my usual recipe, but subbed out half the water for the puree. My house smells delicious today.

Had a lovely night out tonight - Rock Trout Events brought in Itohan. Amazing singer, with a voice that will leave you a little breathless and feeling drunk on adrenaline. ITOHAN.

Amazing. And I spent the evening with three beautiful sisters that I admire deeply. Truly blessed today.

#Canadian #lentils add some beautiful colour and texture to my donut-bites.

In my mixing bowl, a fine arrangement of colourful seeds and grains, making these donut-bites healthier than the coffee shop version.

Does that justify eating all of them? We shall see....

Found another lovely tune today... I'm so thankful for the cool tech that allows me to explore the world through music. Growing up in the 80s, I always felt like I had to dive-deep into each artist and become obsessive. I'm enjoying just perusing tracks at random.

As a #frugal person and as someone who values #homesteading knowledge.... I sometimes have these moments of gratitude, and this is one of them. Baking, slicing, and preparing my week's worth of loaf. Recipe is needing a rewrite soon. Lol
