I’m trying to grow my crochet skills and destash my trunk of yarn, and I’ve made the mistake of trying a new pattern and technique with mostly black yarn. And am too stubborn to frog 🤣 (this is supposed to be a grocery bag one day)

Pharaoh Hounds are in the same family as my dog Rizo! He’s a Podenco Andaluz, and he would like everyone to know his ears and legs are considered average for his breed.

He’s happy he managed to get all his groceries into the house in one go.

New kitten in the house! It’s been so long since I had a kitten that my efforts to kitten-proof the bedroom resulted in 2am, 3am, and 5am wakeup calls from stuff being knocked over.

Rizo and Paola have heard they nearly slept through Woof Wednesday

There’s a particular kind of melancholy i feel when picking up projects i started before a loss. When I started this, it was going to be a catnip toy for my cat Schrodinger. Now that he passed, every interaction with this hoop is a reminder of “wow pigeon feet look wonky”
