When did you take the picture of that chair? I shot it 10 years ago!

Here, an early evening fog rolled into the desert before the sun set for the day.

The weather the last couple of weeks has been interesting to say the least. It has gone from being in the 80s before Christmas to some dark and stormy nights from Christmas Eve on. Both the mountain and desert areas have flooded since.

I arrived a couple of days too late, but the remnants of the tiny yellow flowers that carpeted the land can still be seen here. It gave an environment that can be quite harsh at times a soft, cozy feel.

It took me over a year and a half to figure out what this slab of cement, cinder walls, and metal fixtures were. This was part of a dairy farm in the middle of the desert, which is a lot more common that one would assume.
