Some random thing I found on FB was a person asking whether married couples should have unlimited access to each other's phones. The number of people saying yes, and even that if they couldn't have that access that they would leave that person, is shocking.

One genre of music I like is what I call music that sounds like you're playing a Playstation 2 era racing game. Which is why I have a bunch of house and trance CDs that I've picked up from thrift stores.

I have connections I've built with people that I spent most of my life thinking I could never have. I have reached out in ways that I never could, looking for the things that I want, and gradually I am finding them. I existed for 40+ years, but now, post-transition, I am living. Happy this morning.

I don't like automated narration of audiobooks either and would prefer a human for numerous reasons. But it's not AI. Authors who release audiobooks with machine narration are not using AI.

Miriam said I'm developing a special interest in pianos. But I just want to tell everyone I talk to about the material and design limitations in pianos, and about how inharmonicity is related to the length and thickness of the strings and stuff like that. Who wouldn't want to know all about that?

I like being consciously aware of specific - Skills? Microskills? Technique? The bit of The Sunlit Garden I'm working on now is helping me learn to intuit when I've got my thumb and pinky an octave apart without looking.

I just tried to sit down at my digital piano and play. Purrspephone tried to be a very helpful kitty by turning on the metronome for me and switching it to sound like a pipe organ.

Finished my first playthrough of The Confines of the Crown. Bad end! Google confirms that there are good ends with at least two female characters, and one NPC has some interesting stuff going on with their sex/gender, and I didn't see any of that in my run through, so playing again should be fun!
