Dear all retailers,
I need your marketing departments to quit congratulating me on the following:
-“scoring” a discount that you’re offering to everyone
-having access to a product you sell
-receiving an email you have sent

Thank you.

The reason I prefer ice over roller is that when one of my skates takes off on its own, I have a chance of saving the ice skate fall by turning the skate sufficiently to stop its departure. In other news, I am a little injured. Pulled a hamstring because I really can’t do the splits, turns out.

Since I’m boycotting the metaverse this week (which, honestly, I don’t know why, but it’s been so bad for my mental health that really any excuse would do) I’m experiencing some withdrawal. And the only way I’m able to do it is that I put the apps inside a folder so I can’t unconsciously open them.

No food, aid, or fuel have entered Gaza since March 2.

Community kitchens have closed. Children are sick, thirsty, and starving.

Now Netanyahu’s government wants to occupy Gaza and shut down the existing aid distribution system run by the UN and its humanitarian partners.

Arms embargo now.

Manhattan smog: fog + pollutants. From 1971-77, the Documerica project captured 20,000 images of America’s environmental impact. Explore these through the National Archives. The photo below is from Documerica—join the movement! Let’s not forget our past, or we’re bound to repeat it.

How does one choose an entry into a new social media platform? I am overwhelmed. Also tired. Here is a replanted orchid in one of our JaMpdx porcelain orchid pots who has decided to make a new flower stem. To new beginnings, everyone!
