Fogo de Chão is a very traditional Brazilian barbecue house. I'd heard they have like 10 restaurants in the US, but I don't know how it's different from the OG stuff
Is it all-you-can-eat? Do they bring the meat cuts to your table on the big skewer? Are the meat cuts adapted to the US?
