Agreed, I think it’s interesting what seems plausible to the general public vs docs. I had a patient try to tell me that 5% of patients taking Humira get blood clots. FIVE PERCENT!! I was like um if that were true there would be massive headlines and lawsuits. To most, 5% seems like a small amount

Basically every rheumatologic disease was named after Dr. Some sort of Nazi or other for a while there. We’re only now just starting to name diseases for the actual disease and not some Nazi’s name…🫣
