As someone who has cleaned flood gunk, that's not as good an idea as you'd think. Cloth towels absorb more, but you now have another thing to clean, requiring power and water to do so. Hanging them to dry and reusing them isn't practical because your stuff isn't just wet, it's filthy.

Seconding Samsung Health for unlimited customization and optional time-based reminder notifications; I'm using it while nursing. Other trackers I've used incl. Fitbit, which lets you customize your target up to 338 oz but not your cups, and Google Fit, which has no target function.
