Panic issued firmware version 2.7.3 on Thursday and it did completely fix my Playdate - just in time for Season 2! 💛

It may have been a glitch. I rebooted my Playdate and charged it to 100% and overnight the battery didn't drain inexplicably like it did the day before.

And in this regard I definitely think Google should be able to do everything for us that Apple claims it is going to do for its users - and sooner.

If they're being genuine when they talk about how they want to grow and cultivate the Pixel ecosystem then it should be an elevated priority if they can't make it a top priority. I feel like using the Assistant today is so much less useful than it was on my Pixel 2 XL.

I hope they don't put the cart before the horse - they need to get the Google Assistant -> Gemini mess fixed first (IMHO).
