Alright so I'm in Oklahoma and I don't know if it's different per the state. But my PCP wrote a letter of recommendation and then sent the letter to a wheelchair vendor. The wheelchair vendor then scheduled my evaluation with a local PT, and took care of sending all of that to my insurance

I still am a smidge (a lot) in denial about it but I am really grateful that it will be here in 2 weeks
