I love bugs and things that people don't usually like, like slimy snails, hairless dogs, and buzzing insects. I want to continue drawing, but I also know that I'm not going to make enough money to support myself. This is my answer to some people's question about why I don't draw.

Cue the music! Muse is all done! This plush was a massive undertaking but I had fun designing the pattern. She's made with a ton of custom embroidery and applique, with a bunch of careful handsewing for the tiny details. Let's not forget the thread sculpting to get those shapes really dialed in!

Bucket list experience! This pretty little lady is a Madagascar giant millepede. I've never gotten to handle one before. This species is the only invertebrate I've found myself wanting. Their little leggies marching along as they explore the leaf litter. Such a neat species.

My official job doesn't give me time to draw. The reason I stopped drawing for a long time is that my bosses caught me doing it. They threatened me that if I continued to draw at work, they would fire me.
