Its the worst architectural trend
I kind of hate the thought that we shouldn’t have nice recreational spaces because they might drive gentrification. We should try to make recreational access so ubiquitous that it doesn’t command a price premium instead.

Seems like it switches back somewhere between 2nd and 10th. Kind of a half baked design on the bike front. But thats pretty standard for Louisville. mainremade.com#schedule

The article just calls for street facing driveways and parking though. I don’t really see how that will improve walkability or have a better end result.
