I love that I live near Hendry's Beach. I never know what I'll see or how it will change each day. I find inspiration there.

I saw these four ducks resting on a log in the creek at Arroyo Burro Beach. I imagine their feelings of safety but maybe a little excitement about pushing their boundaries and investigating the ocean nearby. Are you in a place of stagnant comfort? It takes courage to step into the unknown.

I'm sitting squarely in acceptance - not the resignation of the victim - but knowing that my energy and action will be placed where they are the most productive and positive.
