I just want to end the day by validating you. It’s okay to feel any combination of sad, angry, hopeless, disappointed, etc. It’s okay to need a break. It’s okay to accept that things are not okay. Just please don’t lose yourself entirely. You and everything you stand for matters.

This is a huge blow to people who want to become mothers, especially if they have health conditions.
I’m in tears thinking about how it may never happen for me because god forbid my autoimmune disease triggers an incomplete miscarriage that I can’t get medical help for.
