Something odd I noticed was Josh Gad said he'd heard the synopsis of the film in September, but Kristen Bell says she read the script in October and there was never anything heard from her that she got the synopsis. So either Gad was able to hear it before anyone else, or-

I have a theory, that what's been animated is mostly actions, or others stepped in to voice the lines as place holders for the actors. What I want to assume is Disney already has majority of the animation done for the film. It is a little risky to record lines at this point, because there may be things that the studio might want to change to accommodate the vocals, such as timing, facial expressions-

Now, 2 years is a long time. But that's not enough for animation. It takes years to animate a feature film and just now hearing that the lines are going to be recorded is worrying because they should be recorded before animation even starts. Now leaving your family when you grow up is normal, but I honestly hate that it was applied to this type of story. You can't make the plot of the first movie about finding connection with your sister after forcing her away all your life, and then separate them AGAIN, just because the plot says so-

Yes, every previous short film before Frozen 2 was centered around Anna and Elsa spending time together, making up for what they missed in the past. Frozen Fever: Esla tries giving Anna a great birthday, and in Olaf's Frozen Adventure: Elsa and Anna search for a Christmas tradition-
