I had to do the whole meds via. Shot as well. That helped a bit! But I still get panicked.

I am TERRIFIED OF SHOTS. And I’ve had bad reactions to them in the past.

I missed my flu shot when I got my COVID shot in October. So I’m getting it done on Tuesday.

I’m already panicking. But I’m going to get it done! ✅

2. Call your senators/reps. Keep them on speed dial.

3. Get friends involved! Use apps like “5 Calls” or “Resist Bot” if it helps!

4. Practice self care. They want us to be exhausted so we quit.
