PSA: peeing your pants involuntarily after having a baby isn’t normal.

It’s a sign your body needs more support

TikTok changed my life in so many ways.

So yeah. I’m pretty sad right now.

Unpopular opinion: telling people who are pregnant to rest more is terrible advice.

Those that have been cleared to workout during pregnancy and aren’t having any complications should be:

👉🏼 moving with intention
👉🏼 building strength
👉🏼 preparing your body for the demands of labor and birth

I have a client who started working with me when she was 14 weeks pregnant.

She was peeing herself multiple times a day - whenever she threw up, coughed/sneezed…

It was distressing and embarrassing to her and the number 1 thing we focused on.

She’s now 22 weeks and no longer is peeing herself 🙌🏼

I love talking about exercise and supporting your body through pregnancy and postpartum but I also love….

- Taylor Swift
- Gilmore Girls
- Reading (mostly thrillers)
- Coffee
- Hanging out with my kids
- Spending time outside, preferably on a beach somewhere 🏖️

Exercising in pregnancy is good for you and good for your baby.

The advice for moms to take it easy and rest as much as possible is outdated and honestly *bad* advice (your body is changing a lot and needs support i.e. strengthening!!)
