Yes. This. I'm terrified for my son and sometimes I feel terrible and guilty that this is what I've brought him in to. All i can do is hope that he will be there to bring good changes to the world when the ash settles.

I've only had to do it twice and it will never get easier. It's awful and SO hard after to grapple with being relieved and then feeling guilty for feeling relieved that it's over. I hope you can take it easy on yourself in that regard. You're in my heart today old friend 😭🧡
