All I want is a manor in the Scottish countryside, the ominous rumble of thunder in the distance, an Agatha Christie novel, a kettle on the stove, a vintage armchair, an emotional support owl, and a basket of freshly-baked pastries.

I need a new book to read. Can be a series. Some of my favorite authors are Ursula Le Guin, Clive Barker, Stephen R Lawhead, Marion Zimmer Bradley, and Neil Gaiman. Which means my favorite genres are sci fi, horror, historical fiction, fantasy. What have you been reading lately?

Thanks to our mild winter, I was able to get a bike ride in today! For Spokane, that’s unusual. What’s not unusual is the 30°F temp…and I forgot my riding gloves so my poor hands were very red once I got home. 🥶 Happy Thanksgiving everyone!
