Trying to reset 20 years of scrolling and micro blogging on social media and return to the things I used to do before (like reading novels) has been hard. This is a concession to myself since I'm in need of typing my inner monologue.

Logged out of everything Meta... Deleted the apps that didn't have logout features. I just couldn't bring myself to deleted IG yet. I'll get there in time.
