I’m terribly sorry for your loss.

I would just consider that snow tires and cars with all wheel drive are expensive and we shouldn’t assume this is due to apathy or laziness. It could be economical. (I reserve my judgement in winter for the cars people have not the ones they don’t. 😁)

That’s one of the things that I like about the tiny TIF. It doesn’t allow for anyone to sit on their land.
