One of my BFFs was having emergency spinal surgery and while she was waiting in the ER, she mentioned she was reading Oliver Sacks’ Letters and so of course I wanted to read it. Alas, it wasn’t at my library, so I got this one again. It’s fascinating. The Man Who Mistook His Wife for a Hat #books

This was the third time I saw the Samurai show between Atlanta, Raleigh, and Richmond, and the one here in Raleigh is much smaller but you can’t admire this craftsmanship and attention to details enough. #Raleigh #NCMA #samurai #arthistory #worldhistory #artmuseums
