• before client calls so I always have time to prep (and caffeinate)
• alarms before it’s time to leave for shoots

i’ve also built a “wedding focus” mode:
• only key apps show
• only VIP contacts get through
• everything else = silent

• automatic reminders to send sneak peeks post-wedding
• file backup prompts after engagement shoots
• auto-set due dates so nothing falls through the cracks

the one they’ll frame. the one grandma will print.
the one they’ll show generations of loved ones.
