It is a standout how multicultural and rich - financially and socially - this nation is. I was particularly struck by its love for the arts (this small country has over 50 art galleries!) and their love of a goddess, Tanit, who continues to appear on many festivals and cultural traditions today

This was wonderfully spicy, rich, and filling. Perfect for customizing to your taste and perfect cold weather food. The blandness of the egg and crunch of the toast we made from a sliced baguette went well with the complex, strong flavors in the chunky sauce. It was a great breakfast!
