I think it's the difference between being a genuine crank and a disingenuous crank. Massie is a genuine crank, Johnson is a disingenuous crank (and one in power at that).

RRR's 3+ hour runtime also includes a built-in 10-minute intermission smack dab in the middle of it. I'm putting a moratorium on movies 3+ hours long without an intermission, no one's allowed to do them anymore, new Avatar is cancelled.

The way the Browns structured his content means he has utterly massive dead money cap hits if he's cut before 2027. Keeping him on the team is still costly ($80MM cap hit next year) but cutting him blows up their entire salary cap.

I know that a lot of lawyers Will Take Any Fool's Money He Just Giving It Away, but isn't the truth an absolute shield against libel, slander, and defamation? If he was merely investigated, and the article merely stated he was investigated, isn't this an instant anti-SLAPP dismissal?

THIS IS NOT TRUE. This is not how unit economics works in video games. This guy took one year of EA financial reports and attributed company-wide financial results to each unit of software sold. Every unit sold doesn't provide 17% of pure profit! $21 of a $70 purchase is retained by the platform!

You keep reposting this chart like it simultaneously makes and wins your argument but I am straight up telling you it is nonsense. I bet that it is in some way based on actual data coming from IR documents but the way it is being applied to individual per-unit game costs is completely bullshit.

Those are incredible, especially the more watercolor-looking one. If ordering from Japan to the US wasn't such a pain right now I'd be actively searching for a copy to import.
