That is true I speak English. My children are bilingual. My Grand child is French first, at my request. It is always better to be bilingual. But we are short of doctors in Canada and speaking French in Ontario should stop him from getting permanent residency in Canada.

Ottawa hospitals have long wait times because people from Quebec use our facilities, and the numbers are not included to the Ontario government when submitting their budget. CTV should do some real journalism and investigate to see why we have long wait times.
