I hope city council demands answers on this from PPD if it ends up being vapor/disinfo
Seems like disinfo? Haven't seen any confirmation from PPD other than in these (and similar) school messages. And the supposed route (described in one message as PMA to Kensington) doesn't make a ton of sense either.

You cannot sparkle your way out of the material reality of credentials.
Either government is creating demand for credentials.

If it’s possible, there’s even less demand for AI than there was for “civic discourse”. Unless you are building war tools for a U.S. government program, new programs better have tremendous unmet student demand. I haven’t seen any evidence of that.
