Media needs to stop saying "Carney led two economies during two crisis, Brexit in the UK and the 2008 financial crisis." Governors of central banks manage interest rates, monetary policy and financial flows. Nothing to do with investment or gov. programs. (btw, I'm not voting in the next election).
