After 4 years working night shifts in Leitrim, I'm now working days in sligo. For the serious cake lover there's a plethora of really good places to buy and inhale cakes, hence my breakfast "poke" bowl,eggs, haloumi, tomatoes, feta, mushrooms, and it works! By the time I'm.hungry again, I'm home:)
