Day 16 No walk today so did 15 mins of the exercise bike. Think I prefer the walk

Day 14 just like the film the Snowman has all but disappeared . Glad to see green grass again #Knutsford

Day 13.The snow is almost gone however the moor is still partly frozen and most of the birds are huddled together in the unfrozen part.Not many people out although there was one family playing Pooh Sticks on a small bridge over the famous or infamous River Lily.The paths were still very slippy.

Day 12 the first roast I’ve cooked since Christmas. Not the first one we’ve had thanks to Jan Armstrong and Virginya Woolf’s Mr Woolf.#2025

Day 11. We’ve had snow on the ground since last Sunday night. Temperature has not been above freezing. Yesterday it was minus 7 at 10:30 in the morning. It’s reading minus 5 currently. Dug out my trusty old snow boots as they have a better grip than anything else. Stay warm #2025

Day 10. Weekly trip to the supermarket. Good old Aldi proving even posh Knutsford benefits from a budget supermarket we can’t all afford Waitrose or Booths. #Aldi #2025

Day 9. Still to snowy, cold and icy to get out for a walk so I baked a cake instead. First bake of the year.#2025

Day 8 Curled up on the sofa with a good book and a cup of tea. It’s very cold and we’ve still got quite a bit of snow on the ground #2025

Day 7 From a very Snowy Knutsford. On a better note we’ve just paid off the balance on our American Holiday. Boston, NewYork and Washington here we come roll on April 29th #NewYear

Day 6. The nativity scene welcoming the Three Kings. Marks the end of the Christmas season.#Challenge

Day 5. One of the biggest games of the season. Waiting in trepidation of this one but will still watch it with fellow Utd fans Laurence Gladwell, David Armstrong and Jan Armstrong. Expecting the worst but hoping for the best. In the end it’s the hope that gets to you.#LIVMUN
