I got there after the ice car left. Couldn’t confirm it, but one of the bystanders said ice backed up into the red car, causing the hood to buckle, and then snatched the people from the car. When I got there, the red car was abandoned in the street and the streets were all blocked off by EPD.

I love the explanation. And he is absolutely spot on. That said, I disagree (sadly, but staunchly) on one point. The people have lost their power to the despots. How I wish it weren’t so, but it is. Someone please tell me what we can actually do, and it better not be ‘vote in the midterms’.
