I agree with you. We all also need to be careful of headlines like "The Right is in Turmoil!" "MAGA Voters are Rising Up!" I fully believe that these are manufactured messages designed to keep us complacent in the belief that someone else is doing something. WE need to do something.

You have my dream job! I'm a FrogWatch USA volunteer at least so I do get to crawl around boggy spots in the early spring and try to find places with low levels of noise interference.

My 23-year-old went on a solo trip to Japan this year and is traveling to Mexico for the holidays and he doesn't understand my worries for him. I know his safety isn't guaranteed, ever, and that is terrifying. I want him to have adventures but also never leave the house.
