Wolf started an exercise making this Arathim spitter from #TheDarkCrystal so that he can make the Ascendancy next 🙀 (a monstrosity of many Arathims merged together)

Meerkat's next project idea: sculpting the life cycle of the woolly bear caterpillar / isabella tiger moth and putting the pieces together in a shadowbox 🐛🍂

We just visited the Insectarium (Montreal) for the first time since it was renovated years ago, and it was so great!!
A certain Meerkat is now inspired to make a shadow box with beaded insect sculptures, doesn't that sound cool 🙀?!

We've been thinking lately how we want to address ourselves on social media, so we feel a little reintroduction is in order!
We'll be referring to ourselves as Meerkat and Wolf for now on, so for example we'll say "Meerkat is making this..." or "Wolf is working on that..." whenever we post!

My solar flare is nearly done now!! I'm really, really happy with how the spirals are going so far, just a few more to go 😆

I think the finished sculpture will deserve a little video to show from all angles, maybe even a (very) basic Amaterasu sculpture to display on! #okami #wip #art

We also went birding and saw many birds last week, most notably an eastern phoebe nest right next to our cabin, and a group of fledgling merlins who squawked every 10 minutes while flying or begging their parents for food!

We might just make a few bird sculptures, maybe with the rocks 😉

Hello, we're back!! 👋🐱🦊
We went away for a week in nature, and brought back a few nice rocks from the lake that we'll try to use as bases for our future sculptures!
